     Always try this first:
     Reboot your device. Press home button and sleep/wake
     button simultaneously. Hold them both until you see
     the screen go black and the white Apple logo appear.

     Make sure you have the latest iPhone/iPod software installed.


     If you still have problems with one of our iPhone Apps, send
     an e-mail providing model number and OS version.
